HISTORY
The Foundation first began in January 2002, as the Paula Weiskopf Foundation, with a Child Care Center for the children of employees of Caoba Doors. Its primary objective was to provide employees with the possibility of leaving their young children (from 0 to 12 years old), in a safe, reliable, and pleasant place, and where they were cared for as every child deserves. Seeing the greater need in the community, the day care began accepting children from outside the company. Today, it is a duly registered Montessori Orientation Center for Initial Education for children in the community of Jocotenango.
